I build my plant uml svgs with ant. In my ant-script I use the option "-config". In my config file there are some settings (e.g. skinparam and scale max ), which I need up to now for all my diagrams.

Now, I added some salt

  {* File | Window | Help  }

Result is

L = data=[scale 0.85, scale max 800*1000, {+, {* File | Window | Help  }, {, , }, }, ]

Can you edit the question a bit  make it a bit more readable by using 'Courier New' font for the different coding / error sections?

Which version of plantuml did you use (java -Djava.awt.headless=true -jar plantuml.jar -version)?
What were the exact commands started?
What happens when starting form the command line?
