Apple Store Content Rights for use Logo and Online Demo Server

Hi All

I've finalised an native iPad app allowing to write  PlantUML diagrams.

Apple asks to confirm that I've the content rights to use "PlantUML Logo images" and accessing to "PlantUML Online Demo Server" from the App.

Can I assume to have that or I have to request something to someones ?

Do you guys think this issue should be closed then? I mean if PlantUML team is not planing to release a concurrent iPad editor, probably this is the solution to that issue.

Yes, you have the right to use "PlantUML Logo Images" and to access to the online demo server from your App.

Please just note that there is no guarantee of results or performance of this server.

If someone of the amazing PlantUML team has an iPad I can add them as beta tester

The App has a minimum cost just to offer me a beer and support my OSS development effort.

Any feedbacks ( improvements, ideas or issues ) are welcome

I think thats an apple question, not a PlantUML one... I think that message is coming from them.

Let me clarify, Apple asks me if I have the contents rights both to use  PlantUML logo and to access  PlantUML Demo Server in my App.

I assume that they are public but I'd want to be sure
