Ref Guide (PDF) download does not work

Hello, I've tried to download the pdf document and when I click on it, I get a blank page and nothing happens. Is there any problem with it ? (I've also tried in the other languages than english: same issue)

You mean that http://plantuml.com/en/guide is not working for you ?

Yes. Actually, after trying it out on a mobile, it shows "incompatible plugin": isn't it using some unsafe plugin which may be disabled by some companies or browsers ?
