per Note to set NoteBorderColor in sequence chart

Question

I expect per Note to set NoteBorderColor in sequence chart

e.g. some notes without border: set note border color to same as background color.

e.g  some notes with border: set note border color to a value different from background color.

In following example: note for timer without border, while others are expected to with border.
