Do I need to download more recent vizjs or J2V8 JAR files that are compatible with the latest version of PlantUML?

I have read the page https://plantuml.com/vizjs, which provides links to the JAR files that are necessary to run PlantUML without GraphViz. I downloaded the  PlantUML JAR file, the J2V8 JAR file for Linux (my platform) using the link from the page, and the vizjs JAR file using the link from the page. I placed all three (3) files in the same directory. I ran the following command to "double-check my configuration"

$ GRAPHVIZ_DOT=vizjs java -jar plantuml.jar -testdot

and an error was generated.
