backward for while / endwhile

since backward is supported for repeat (https://github.com/plantuml/plantuml/issues/309),

shouldn't it be also supported for while:

yes, it works. Thank you!

Just one observation: may be we should have a possibility to put some activity the same way on the exit (left) line (currently you can put only in the bottom)
