MS Visual Code Editor - Preview window does not scroll

Question

Manipulating the rendering in the preview window is awkward to say the least.  It would be great if that window had the capability of scrolling horizontally and vertically.  Each time you set focus on the window it increases the size of the image when all I want to do is move the picture and then if necessary zoom in.
