doc: markdown eats up unicode entity notation

I was editing sec Creole#Special characters https://plantuml.com/creole#5d5a654fa7b639a4

using markdown: http://alphadoc.plantuml.com/doc/markdown/en/creole#c5he6wa30bpsk362kjdb

The code

usecase foo as "this is ∞ long"

is converted to this:
usecase foo as "this is ∞ long"

which results in the same rendering, but cannot illustrate the point

It looks to be working now, with both variants displaying as expected
