it seems your website layout is broken: the navigation (table of contents / toc element) is displayed on the very right side of the screen. It disappears when zooming in (and no horizontal scrollbar gets added).
Maybe this is due to the ad placeholder, see id="ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-171" on
