Since i updated to plantuml.1.2021.4, adding equation to my note, the preview in VS shows me broken image

Since i updated to plantuml1.2021.4, the preview in Visual studio shows a broken image whenever i add an equation. I can export the image successfully both in svg and png but no preview.

Hello,

With Visual Studio Code v1.55.2, it is working with v1.2021.4, but it is really slower than other diagram (10-20 more times)
