Bidirectional arrows <----> in Sequence Diagrams?

Hi,

is it possible to have "bidirectional" arrows between two entities (X <-----> Y) to abbreviate things? For example I'd like to have an bidirectional arrow " <---- TLS Handshake ----> " between two entities instead of four arrows that describe the four way TLS Handshake, ...
