Differences between PNG and SVG outputs, for circles on JSON or YAML diagram

Hello PlantUML team,

During testing, We observe differences between PNG and SVG outputs, for circles (the circles seem to be with a dashed border on SVG) on JSON or YAML diagram, (observed on version 1.2021.10beta):

PNG	SVG
	Zoom to see the differences: the circles seem to be with a dashed border!

This is fixed in last beta http://beta.plantuml.net/plantuml.jar and on the online server.
