EBNF add documentation

Add documentation to the website for EBNF diagrams.

We are lazy about documentation so we give you a way to simply write it (no login, no password)

I think we are just waiting on, https://forum.plantuml.net/16781/allow-special-sequence-management-special-sequence-symbol

But outside that, I think documentation is "good enough"... we should probably indicate its in beta though.
