How to draw a group/frame over several components [aws-icons-for-plantuml]

Question

I'm trying to draw a diagram in PlantUML (using https://github.com/awslabs/aws-icons-for-plantuml) similar to the one in the AWS documentation.

What I want:

Intersection or group over component is not yet implemented.
