Shouldn't `skinparam conditionStyle insidediamond` be part of `skinparam style strictuml`?

UML is pretty strict about condition text being inside diamonds in activity diagrams (as opposed to hexagons). Shouldn't therefore `skinparam conditionStyle insidediamond` be part of `skinparam style strictuml`?
