I reproduced the exception with PlantUML 1.2023.6 together with graphviz 2.44.1.

I modified line 30 and 40 to read

           TestADevice::managedBy *-- TestAAccount

           TestAAevice::owner *--- TestAAAccount

which made the script produce a diagram.
