PlantUML to generate financial statements: balance sheet, income statement

Question

I was wondering if it would be difficult to implement turning a CSV into a financial statement with nice formatting using PlantUML.

I was thinking it would be a nice way to combine the Gantt chart for a project with a financial analysis of the project, by making the outputs at the same time from the same underlying project documentation.

If not, it makes sense: Excel is more meant for it.

Can you provide an example? I am not familiar with what kind of diagram this would be.
