Embedded dot digraph with cyrillic symbols in labels is not rendered unless there is a leading space

Here is an example of this strange (buggy) behaviour.

This can have different reasons: the plantuml version,the dot version

The version you refer to is 1.2023.11.beta3 with dot 2.38

I tried with 1.2023.12.beta1 with dot 2.44.1 and this worked OK
