You can run a plantuml server yourself and serve any number of users you need:

You could also run the files through the jar file yourself on the backend, one advantage of this approach would be rate limiting.
If you're making money from your website, I'm sure the plantuml team would appreciate a donation or two as well! (I am not one of the developers)
