Salt: 14.17 OpenIconic URL is not valid

Hello,

In chaprter 14.17 introducing the OpenIconic, and give a credit to URL "https://useiconic.com/open" in the reference guide, however, this URL is not valid anymore.

Instead, I found openiconic in their GitHub repository URL as https://github.com/iconic/open-iconic, shall the reference guide update to this address?
