VSCode plantUML extension not updating

Question

Hi,
This is such a fantastic tool! I'm currently using it as a VSCode extension with the autoupdate selection. However, sometimes I get the prompt to that my version is 14xx days old and I should consider updating it. I'm a python noob and I just started to learn my way around VSCode. I imagine I have to update this manually but I haven't found a resource on how to do just that.
Pleas advise

btw, does plantUML have a discord?

If you are using `qjebbs/vscode-plantuml`, see some indications here:

• no @startuml/@enduml found (for @startregx or @startebnf) on (local installation) plantuml/plantuml#1519 (comment)
