Version 8001 introduced padding bug in Component diagrams.

database "foobar" {

    [blocked]

}

@enduml

 

On version 8001 and 8002, for me, this produces a database image with "blocked" blocking out the database name "foobar"

On newer versions of PlantUML the block appears inside the database.
