Salt ANTLR parser and Swing translator come to life

Hi,

as promised I published the work on the subject. You can find it here:

https://github.com/mar9000/salt9000

Let me know if you are interested in further improvement, the widget set is not complete because I don't need them.

Who's interested can write to me, look for my email into the licence header that can be found in every file.

License is LGPL but I don't have any problem in adopt a more permissive license like BSD or MIT.
