skinparam for arrow head (in class diagram)

Is it possible to specify the arrow head style in skinparam?  Because I'd like to change the default arrow head into just a filled triangle.  This would be helpful not just for class diagram, but also for sequence diagram etc.

Agreed! Right now the cursor doesn't change when hovering over a hyperlink in a sequence diagram.
