The famous source code editor Notepad++ suppports user-defined language for syntax highlighting (http://udl20.weebly.com/).

Do you have UDL file (xml-formatted) to import into Notepad++ to enable PlantUML syntax highlighting?

I have found a GitHub project

https://github.com/brim4brim/PlantUML_Notepad-_UDL

The provided UDL file works fair. Maybe you will contribute some more into its development
