word add-in does not work

I installed the PlantUML Add-in in Word2010, I can not generate current diagram using UML.1. and i received the following error:

Java command execution failed(break key?) (microsoft word)

Run-time error no GoSub return (in microsoft basic)

 

Hoping someone can help.
