Add a "Fit width" option to the GUI

In addition to "Zoom fit" it would be nice to have a "Fit width" option.

Many of my diagrams are taller than wide and the "Zoom fit" makes them unreadable.  I have to manually zoom in and out depending on which diagram I am viewing so the diagram is visible and readable.

Good idea!

This should be ok in last beta http://beta.plantuml.net/plantuml.jar

The check box is there, but does nothing.  If I manually zoom in to width, then check the box, it goes back to the initial zoom level.  Toggling the "width fit" on and off makes no change whatsoever to the displayed image.

The "width fit" in previous beta was only zooming if the diagram had a width bigger than the window width.

Here is a new beta (beta 21) where when "width fit" clicked, the displayed image is zoomed  "out" or "in" so that it fit exactly the windows width.
Does it sound better to you ?

Beta 21 did the trick.  Thank you much.
