Allow to set lifeline settings by owner

It would be nice to change lifeline settings like border color, background color, etc by lifeline owner.

So for example I could set that actor A has lifeline background Red and participant B has lifeline background Blue.

Currently the only way to set those individually is through activate A #BackgroundColor #BorderColor.

In http://forum.plantuml.net/3770 a user asks for the same thing.
