Word2010 - image cannot be displayed - CMDline generates image

Hello All,

I've installed plantUML.jar in the appdata roaming folder, graphviz and the DOTM-file. In word 2010 when I generate the current or all plantUML image(s) a "this image cannot currently be displayed." is shown.

When running the jar in the commandline an image is generated correctly. 

What can I do to solve this issue?

  • @startuml

    Bob -> alice: test

    @enduml

  • java version "1.8.0_112"

  • Word 2010

  • PlantUML version 1.2018.09

  • Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

  • graphviz version 2.28.0 (20110507.0327)

  • Error: RegCreateKeyEx(), but this does not seem to be a problem as java performance would not be stored.
