Seq Diagrams: Lifeline starts above created object; should not be visible

Hello,
The problem is that lifelines extend above being created.
Here is an example, I have not analyzed/understood the cause / what triggers the problem:

Would it also make sense to have the d inside the control (though with a large name this would blow up / enlarge the circle considerably (maybe  by a skin parameter ?).

Hi Albert, not sure, I think it would be impractical, as you say.

One comment: The issue discussed here is *very ugly* in larger diagrams. THis smaller one does not capture how bad it looks... :)
