Using Graphviz, how do you produce the shadow effect?

As far as I understand, you use Graphviz for layouting the diagrams.

We also use Graphviz in a similar context and users want to have shadows to, so it look more like the PlantUML diagrams. Can you give me a hint how you produce the shadow effect, as Graphviz does not provide this feature.
