Link not always working

Hello,

I use plantuml every day and I am a very happy user. However, I have an issue with links. 

In fact I use it in combination with the associated chrome plugin PlantUML Viewer . Links do not work in this plugin. 

I know that this plugin is out of the scope of plantuml per se, but I found a related bug that might be the cause: if you look at one demo on the plantuml server . It does work correctly, but as soon as you change the layout (use the "Switch Layout" button), links will not work anymore.

Depending on if you click the "switch layout" button or not, it will alternatively work and fail.

Just FYI with this new report :

Now the two layouts (vertical layout and horizontal layout) of the website (http://www.plantuml.com/plantuml/) are identical.

I see a problem with my laptop. On one of both layout, there is no scroll. So I didn't see and cannot interract with the bottom of the page. I thinks it is a little bug
