Namespace Separator not allowed in Sequence Diagrams

Consider

@startuml
set namespaceSeparator ::

participant A
participant B
A -> B
@enduml

this switches the "mode" somehow in plantUML... and it should not... Namespaces are legal to use in the Definition of Sequence Diagrams to distinguish between Types...
