Could be possible to obtain the output of the preproc on the standard output (and not only on a file ‘foo.preproc’)?

Hello PlantUML team,

I go back to my first tests and preprocessing features.

If we test:

java -jar /path/to/plantuml.jar -preproc foo.txt

We obtain a file (just after the prepocessing):

foo.preproc

Then:

• Could be possible to obtain the output of the preproc not only on a file ‘foo.preproc’ but also on the standard output?
