Missing namespace when generating SVG from java

HI,

I followed the SVVG generation "tutorial" (http://plantuml.sourceforge.net/api.html) but my output is missing the svg namespace. x mlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"

Is there someting I am missing here?

The namespace appears correclty on the demo page (http://www.plantuml.com/plantuml/form)
