Gantt: Render dates on bottom of diagram too

Question

Seeing dates is an issue while reading a large project plan.  It would be very helpful if the dates were also rendered at the bottom of the diagram, similar to what is done with a Sequence diagram with objects.

This functionality is now available from Nov. 2020, and version ~V1.2020.20 (20 Nov, 2020):

[PlantUML team] have added a timeline footer: this is a test to see if people like it or not.
