Differences between PNG and SVG outputs, colors for underline, strike or wave are ignored for creole text in SVG

Hello PlantUML,

We observe a difference between PNG and SVG outputs, about colors for:

• underline;
• strike;
• or wave.

Displays correctly in PNG:

but not in SVG (no color on underline, strike or wave):

Note also that in case of waved and png the wave ends earlier than the underline and stroke (looks like to have to do with the length of the word and the fact that an attempt is made to only show complete, half, waves).
