Render puml in NextJS

Hey All,

I'm a new/junior front end dev who's been tasked to render .puml files on our internal knowledge base. The raw files are on the company's private GitHub repo which pulled by a locally built API to render in React. Obviously, these files are simply being displayed as "Content not available" but because of the private repos and internal API, I can't simply feed the PlantUML.com server a raw file URL to convert to an image.

I saw on the website there was some jQuery functions but it all looks quite different than what I'm working with (and couldn't quite grasp exactly how it was working. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Thank you very much in advance.
