plantuml guide bad redirection

hi,

with firefox 83, when we try to get the manual, there is an error saying bad redirection. I could get the manual with chrome.

The fact (or the defect) is the redirection between https to http (with the redirection from https://plantuml.com/guide to http://plantuml.com/guide)...
