In WBS diagrams generated by plantuml, can an additional connection be made directly from 1st box to 3rd box?

Question

In WBS diagrams, Can we connect a first level box with 3rd level box directly?
In general a startwbs code generates a hierarchy of boxes. that connects first to second and second box to third box etc...
Requirement: after 2nd box connects 3rd one, can an additional connection be made using @startwbs code directly to the 3rd level box from the 1st box?
