Is there a standard certificate related to plantuml?

I am trying to design a diagram of SW using plantUML.

Before designing, when I searched about plantUML, I was worried because there was no standard certificate. (For Rhapsody, ISO26262 related certificates are searched.)

Can standard certification be achieved with output using plantuml? Or are there any other relevant certificates?
