[Preprocessing] Allow the preprocessor to run more than one time

Hello PlantUML team,

From a workaround of: https://forum.plantuml.net/12277/add-an-eval-function-on-preprocessing-builtin-functions

  • Could you allow, directly, or by parameter, the preprocessor to run more than one time ?
    [Hints: ideally until preproc_output(n + 1) == preproc_output(n)]?
