I would like to build own plantuml jar with an extended stdlib.
What I see though is that
https://github.com/plantuml/plantuml seems to contain prepackaged standard library.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any hints on how do I create my own `repx` files.
Could someone explain the process behind packaging?
