Crashing on empty ditaa /salt / ... diagram

When we have a, useless, diagram like:

@startuml

ditaa

@enduml

plantuml will crash (PlantUML version 1.2021.9beta3), see: http://www.plantuml.com/plantuml/uml/SoWkIImgAStDuKh9B4bCv798pKi1yW00

I think plantuml should not crash.

(problem might also occur with other diagram types, quickly tested with salt and this does crash too)
