How can I download the PDF documentation?

When I try to download the PDF documentation from the website, I'm told "The page isn’t redirecting properly".

Alternately, can the documentation be built from source? I didn't see it anywhere.

I assume you mean the "PDF guide" as shown on the left hand side of https://plantuml.com/

When I click on it it shows a pdf (in FireFox or Edge) and subsequently try to save it it does save properly.
