Include diagram source in output image metadata

Hello

It would be great to have self-contained diagram files, that also carry its source inside them. In the case of PNG this can be implemented using the tEXt chunk (see https://www.w3.org/TR/PNG/#11textinfo), in the case of SVG it is also possible..

Well, we do store some information in tEXt and iTXt chunk (including the diagram source).

(Same thing for SVG, just edit any generated SVG files)
