MIME type for .puml files

Has anyone registered PlantUML with IANA?

I can't see a MIME type in the list

None of these links address the issue.

Mime types allow browser plugins, not having a standard one means no one will develop any.

Also text/plain is not correct as "@@@@@@" is not a valid plantuml file, but is a valid text file.
