Could we put together a place the community can submit libraries for public use (something like
https://plugins.netbeans.apache.org/ but for PlantUML)
Totally unsupported, and use at own risk (like NetBeans plugins), but I think this is a if you build it they will come kind of thing.
I feel this could be a huge bang for your buck.
