Cannot register, repeatedly told to "Please complete the anti-spam verification"

I cannot register on this site (Firefox 118.0.2 64bit, on a M1 Mac Pro running Sonoma 14.0). I am repeatedly asked to "Please complete the anti-spam verification" which I already have, over and over and over again.
