Feature Request: Support for remote style sheets

I request that plantuml diagrams support both remote(url) and local style sheets.

An example of a remote style sheet might be https://www.advdelphisys.com/PlantUML/maley20250123.css.

If you add `<style>...</style>` on your CSS, does this work?

Then how do you use plantuml?

• Locally, on an Online server?
• With which security profile?

FYI there are some security profiles:

• https://plantuml.com/security

[This is why in plantext it doesn't work anymore than the profile is more restricted...]

I am not hosting a plantuml server.

I am a consumer/client  using

https://editor.plantuml.com/SoWkIImgAStDuNBAJrBGjLDmpCbCJbMmKiX8pSd9vt98pKi1IW80

If this is not the correct server so that I can use external style sheets what is?

My hope is that a server is hosted somewhere where external style sheets are supported,

but at the same time my hope would be that it keeps up with all of plantuml's features.
